The hostel itself only has 3 rooms but each room is at a high standard with quality hardwood floors throughout and comfortable beds without you feeling as if there are too many people crammed into the one room. While staying there, you will also have access to the kitchen which is fully equipped and there are a selection of newspapers available for you to read while having your breakfast which you are going to be in charge of although there is a Spar near by.

The facilities that are on offer may be basic but they are certainly of a high enough standard to make sure that you do indeed have a comfortable stay there. Checking in is available from 2pm to 10pm and it is important to stress that there is no 24 hour reception desk available so those times are quite strictly adhered to. Also, checking out is by 10am and the owners do stress that children are not permitted to stay in the Plaza Rooms and no family rooms are available.

However, you will find that the owners are certainly knowledgeable about the city and they are quite happy to answer questions that you may have and will be able to point you in the direction of things to do and places to visit while you are staying there. It does just add to the overall friendly feeling that exists in the hostel and it does tend to feel more like you are really staying in the home of a good friend rather than anything else. This is certainly a huge bonus on your part and it is one good reason why you should consider booking.

Overall, the Plaza Rooms in Budapest may be small and compact, but they do provide a friendly atmosphere and you will be assured of a warm welcome whenever you stay there. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and it is far enough away from the heart of the city so you will not be disturbed and yet is close enough to get there without running into any difficulties.
